Damien Jurado is a singer-songwriter from Seattle, Washington that's been around since 1995. Visions of Us on the Land is his twelfth studio album release.

Jurado continues to showcase his work as an accomplished and passionate songwriter, and his latest release Visions of Us On the Land is his towering Everest. I'm sure each listener will judge the record's greatness for themselves, but Jurado's genius is clear and profound.  I would describe the music as a beautifully crafted blend of indie folk and psych rock that will linger in your mind long after its conclusion.  With seventeen tracks to sink your teeth into, this incredible experience will last you just around an hour. It's a must listen and one of the most impressive releases this year. Fans of Father John Misty should really dig this. Standouts include "QACHINA," "Sam and Davy," "TAQOMA," "Walrus," "Exit 353," "Cinco de Tomorrow," and "A.M.AM."
