The Last Dinosaur is a band from London, England. Members include Jamie Cameron and Luke Hayden. The Nothing is their second studio album release and features Rachel Lanskey who provides viola on most of the songs.

The Last Dinosaur's The Nothing is truly a unique album. It's graceful, haunting, surreal and undeniably fascinating. Not since Sufjan Stevens' 2005 release Illinois has an album of this caliber have such a lasting effect on me. To say this is one of the best albums of 2017 doesn't do it any justice. It's beautifully written and composed, from its delicate atmospheres to its sweeping harmonies and bright, elaborate arrangements. One of the most accomplished indie folk albums you'll come across this year besides Father John Misty's Pure Comedy. Some of my favorite tracks include "Grow," "All My Faith," "We'll Greet Death," and "I Couldn't wait." Tragic, life-changing events have never been expressed so beautifully as it does in The Nothing. Gorgeous! Stunning! Amazing! The Last Dinosaur now serves notice that they're an artist to watch. Highly recommended.
