STRFKR, also known as Starfucker, is a band from Portland, Oregon that formed in 2007. Members include Joshua Hodges (vocals, keyboards, guitar, drums), Shawn Glassford (bass, keyboards, drums), and Keil Corcoran (drums, keyboards, vocals). Being No One, Going Nowhere is the band's fourth studio album release.

Being No One, Going Nowhere is STRFKR's best all around album by far. It's fun, bouncy indietronica with catchy, dancy rhythms and vocals. The new record lags in parts, but every time I found myself slipping away, the band would do something delicious and pull me back in again. Being No One, Going Nowhere isn't perfect, but it exceeded my expectations, and it's difficult not to notice the vast improvements in songwriting and arrangement. For the most part, the tracks are consistently enjoyable, making this new release a much more memorable experience than their previous work. Standout tracks include "Never Ever," "Open Your Eyes," and "When I'm With You." STRFKR fans should be pleased with this one.
